  • Custom and personalised orders
    I love to accept custom and personalised orders and make a unique piece for you. They can take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on the complexity of the request. Estimated time of shipping will be discussed when you place your order. You can place commision order - check here!
  • When I receive my order?
    Quilled items: All quilled pieces are made to order and can take longer to dispatch. Framed artwork: These can take up to 2 weeks to make depending on how many you order and the complexity of the design(s). All quilled items are made to a high standard but please be aware that they may differ slightly from the photographs. Painting items: I sale only my original painting, in future I will plan for printing. Original painting will take 1 week to ready after you place an order. Customized painting will take more time than 1 week. If you need urgently please contact me.
  • How do I return an item
    Please contact me by emai to let me know you are wanting to return an item. Please return your item in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please obtain proof of posting and use a track and trace service for your protection. I am only obliged to refund the cost of standard shipping rates so if you have paid for tracked and traced, these costs will not be refunded. I will refund you on receipt of returned goods using the same method by which you paid.
  • How are my items packaged
    Paper wall art frame - Bubble wrap is placed over the glass and the frame is wrapped in acid free tissue and bubble wrap. This is then placed inside a strong box and surrounded with further packing materials to ensure a safe transit. Painting items - Painting are packed in a protective cellophane wrapper and sent where possible in a card backed envelope.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, I ship worldwide. All items will be shipped to your address, please make sure you have to enter your address correctly, before placing an order.
  • Can I change my address
    Yes you can change your address, and this can be done right up until it is shipped. Please send me a message with updated details.
  • Do you accept credit cards or Paypal or net banking?
    I accept credit cards, Paypal, net banking. All item prices are in INR but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
  • My order has arrived late?
    The delivery estimates given by Etsy are for guidance and only and DO NOT take into account increases in seasonal mail, bank holidays or postal delays. Refunds will not be given for late deliveries but you can return your item for a refund at your own cost. Refunds will not be given on late deliveries that are personalised.
  • My order has not arrived
    Unexpected non-delivery of item(s) should be reported to me within 30 days. Please allow enough time for for the initial delivery and then for any subsequent inquiries I need to make. If an incorrect postal address has been provided by you, I will not be held responsible for any loss. Please be aware that during busy periods, your order may take longer to reach you. There are often severe delays to parcels within the US during the festive period and it can take time for the back log to be cleared. Lost packages The postal service does not consider a domestic parcel lost until after 30 business days from the initial day of posting. For international shipping this is 60 days. Once this time frame has passed I can issue a refund.
  • My order was sent to an incorrect/old address?
    Please ensure that your address is correct at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched I am unable to change where it is shipped too. The item(s) can be re-shipped but the buyer is required to purchase the item again.
  • My item has been returned back to Swapna Art Store
    If your item is returned back to Swapna Art Store then please contact me directly. The item can be re-shipped but the buyer is required to pay the full cost of shipping again. If you no longer want the item then a full refund will be offered minus the original cost of shipping. Refunds will not be given on personalised items.
