Shipping policy

Processing time

The processing time varies as per artwork. For more details, you can see individual items.

Estimated shipping time -

  1.  India - 7 - 10 business days

  2. North America: 10- 15 business days

  3. Europe:  10- 15 business days

  4. Asia & Australia:  10- 15 business days

  5. South America:  10- 15 business days

 

Shipping Cost - 

Free shipping in India for all orders above Rs.999

Outside India flat rate from standerd shipping $20 USD

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Packages are shipped via Registered Post through India Post. International Buyers will be responsible for any possible additional taxes or customs fees relevant to the laws of their country [this cannot be pre-determined, your local postal office will contact you with the value and details once they have the package]. Returns, due to non payment of custom fees, will not be accepted. Sometimes packages take longer than stated at checkout, this is a drawback of the postal services of two countries and I will not be held responsible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the work and because this is a small business, all sales are final.

Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure to read artwork / frame descriptions, dimensions, and shipping info carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

  • If you have received a damaged product: Please do not worry. Drop us a mail atmirascraft02@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced for once.

  • The damaged product has to be dispatched back within 3 days.

  • Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

  • Complete address with postal code will be provided to the costumer to ship the product back for return.

  • Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any further damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the replacement / code to be processed.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return / refund / exchange is not possible for customised products.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  •    Custom or personalized orders

  •    Digital downloads

  •    Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, it may be held up in customs, so please be patient. In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. If the package has been tampered with or is obviously damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, be sure to document the damage before opening the package to serve as evidence in order to file your claim with the post office.

Cancellation

  • Please mail us at mirascraft02@gmail.com for cancellation request

  • Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.

  • No cancellation is applicable for customised products once the order is placed.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

  • Orders from outside of India can not be cancelled once placed.

  • Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.

  • If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

 

Refund for the cancelled order

If the payment was by credit/ debit card, paypal or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card, paypal or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 15 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
